We aim to limit this sharing to information reasonably necessary for the relevant marketplace activity.
4. Provider Contact Information
Installers and suppliers may provide:
- business contact email; - WhatsApp number; - preferred contact method.
These contact details are intended for legitimate project and service communications.
They must not be used for spam, unrelated marketing, harassment, resale, or unauthorized disclosure.
5. Quotations and Project Records
Solar Marketplace may retain:
- quotations; - accepted quotation records; - quotation documents; - provider assignments; - project status history; - project acceptance information; - reviews; - audit records.
Accepted or completed transaction records may be retained even after they are no longer displayed prominently in the normal interface.
This is necessary for audit, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and platform integrity.
6. Reviews and Ratings
When a customer submits a provider review, the platform may store:

Review data may be used to calculate and display provider rating summaries.
